Within a team development of a 30-second game experience that delves into the historical context of slavery in Ancient Egypt. This 30 second game experience was built according to the stakeholders concept based on three key words: Business, Music&Art and Ancient Egypt.
The gameplay mechanics and interactions were developed to provide players with a glimpse into the challenges and experiences faced by individuals in Ancient Egypt who were subjected to slavery. Crafting a compelling narrative that authentically represented the historical setting was essential.
Challenges and Solutions: Creating a game about such a sensitive topic presented several challenges, including ensuring historical accuracy while maintaining player engagement. To address these challenges, I conducted extensive research on Ancient Egypt and slavery, consulted with experts, and sought feedback from individuals with knowledge of the subject matter. This iterative process helped me strike a balance between historical accuracy and engaging gameplay.
